PROBUS Outdoors Club – Shorewood Road

We will be exploring the trails off of Shorewood Road on Thursday, March 17th 2022 (feel free to wear something green). We have a guide for this outing who knows these trails really well. Parking is on the side of the road on Shorewood Drive. Thanks Cathy and Terri for organizing this outing.
Directions
Trout Lake Road to Peninsula Road. From Trout Lake Road, turn left onto Peninsula Road, drive 5.9 km to Shorewood Road( according to Google we drive 5.9 km to Shorewood Road). Turn left onto Shorewood Road and park along the side of the road. Cathie Rennie will be there early to guide us where to park. Some of us may be parking on Peninsula Road too if we have a large turn out.

Bring your snowshoes, I expect we will still be using them on this trail. The weather forecast is calling for warm weather on Thursday.
Don’t forget your lawn chairs and thermos for after.
