PROBUS Outdoors Club – Restoule Provincial Park

This Thursday July 14th we will be paddling  Stormy / Patterson Lake in Restoule Provincial Park. We will be looking for those lovely pale pink water lilies that grow in one of the shallow bays of the lake. Park and launch at the Stormy Lake boat launch. There is plenty of parking and washrooms too. You will have to buy your day pass at the ranger’s office first, then proceed to the Stormy Lake boat launch with your day pass. If you are unsure where the boat launch is, please ask the ranger for directions and /or get a map of the park. Cost for the day pass is per vehicle. If you are 65 or over the cost per vehicle is only $11.50. If you are unfortunate to be under 65, you pay $15. 50 per vehicle. Being 65 and older has advantages.

Please be ready to launch your boat for 10:00 a.m. You will want to allow extra time to buy your day pass at the ranger’s station. 

Bring your lunch and lawn chair.
