PROBUS 229 Tech Talk – cancelled

We’re restarting Tech Talk with a different format. Dave Payne, John Roberts, and Stuart Kidd have agreed to give it a try. For starters we’ll have a 40 minute Zoom meeting to see how many people attend and find out what you want/need.

• Are you interested in a presentation on certain topics, perhaps about issues like security and privacy?
• Or do you want to talk about problems you have with your devices?
• Or a combination?

We’ll have our new Tech Talk meetings each month at 10 AM on the Wednesday following each PROBUS meeting, with the first being February 8.  The benefits of a Zoom meeting are that anyone can come and go as they please from home and we don’t have to delay closing up the Shrine Club after the PROBUS meeting.

If you’re interested please contact Stuart by email, Facebook or phone so he can add you to the list of invitations for the Zoom meeting. Then, when it’s time, you just click the link to join the meeting. If you haven’t used Zoom, it’s quite easy.  You should download the app as well and register ahead of time. If you have any difficulties on that get in touch with any of us.
